What I collect

The only personal data I collect is what you give me through the contact form on the home page: your name, your email address, and the message you write. I do not use analytics. I do not set cookies. I do not store IP addresses.

Two things on this page do involve other companies. The fonts you are reading load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address briefly while they load. The book link on the home page goes to Amazon, which has its own privacy policy.

Where it goes

When you send a message, it travels through AWS Lambda and AWS Simple Email Service (SES) and arrives in my personal inbox as an email. There is no database. I read it. Sometimes I reply. That is the whole journey.

How to request deletion

If you would like me to delete a message you sent, or any record of our correspondence, email me at privacy@nunobarreto.me and I will do so within a reasonable time. You also have the right under Swiss and EU data-protection law to ask me what I have, to correct it, or to complain to a supervisory authority.
